how i ended up here

My professional background working with btob events industry for over a decade and having a MSc in Economics and Business Administration rerouted me into Nutritional Therapist studies in 2021 out of a long lasting interest to better and healthier choices in nutrition, overall health and movement.

my background

Career-wise I have spent years managing projects of BtoB events, however, holistic health, nutrition, movement and overall wellbeing has been a daily part of my life and an interest for as long as I remember. From several competitive sports until my late teens and an over the years ongoing time spent training and exercising, I have grown interest towards healthy holistic habits. After the birth of my first child, the interest towards holistic and natural health grew event bigger and eventually led me to pursue a new path in life.

my goal as a health coach

Simply put; my goal is to share what I know, so that you can revive your health. Be it a small issue of just wanting to check whether you are on track with nutrition and lifestyle choices or whether it is something more complex, my goal is to walk next to you and provide help and guidance that is first of all based on your resources (time, money, mental, physical) and also based on sharing the information and expertise on experiences that I possess through my continuous education.

what i have to offer

I offer ready made services and service entities for clients, but to be fully customer oriented and customer resources based, it means that what ever is needed by you as a customer, can be custom designed when it comes to how many times we meet (online, offline), whether continuous contact is needed (weekly, even daily), what supplementary services are included and so on.

how do i revive my own health

Currently, it comes down to very basics of holistic health: sun, limited time on screens, grounding, different ways of moving my body, good sleep patterns. I eat with approx 80/20 system, but my "diet" is not excluding anything at the moment. I, too, have been in a place where some issues or situations have required some more strict meal planning times but everything should be personalized. What fits me, doesn't necessarily fit you.
